Walkway Improvement

Diggin'

Larry met the deadline! Yayyy! We wanted to have a cement walkway poured next to our driveway, in addition to a landing and new step, approaching our front door. Everything was completed before July 20th. Larry also had the plumber replace our old 1928 pipes leading to the City hook-up.

Now, the beautification begins. We need to landscape a bit, paint the house and trim and then maybe someday, our house will look like this:

Does anyone want to gift me about $10,000?

Did Larry do the concrete work himself? If so, I may have to contract him.

Oh no, Christine! Larry only did the manual labor - diggin' portion of the job!! We have a concrete contractor that's reasonable, if you're interested.

Hah! If you can make your house look like that (is that the BH courthouse?) for $10k, you really ARE magical! Short of that, your humble abode is looking quite spiffy!

Hah! Denise! It's the BH City Hall. The BH Courthouse is another one of my faves....a mid-century beauty!

Your house is going to be so beautiful when you two are all finished. Heck, it looks beautiful now.
